IAN, CEO, North Pole

Ian is not your typical fun loving elf. He’s a bit quiet and shy but also very smart. Santa’s staff thinks he has management potential, although Ian is not so sure about that.

Ian is asked to undertake special training. He reluctantly agrees but nearly freaks out when he is told that public speaking is included!

……. he had a nightmare. He walked on stage in front of hundreds of unfriendly looking elves. He placed his notes on the podium and opened them. The pages were bare! He just stood there………

In training, Ian meets Elise. They work well together and soon find themselves called upon to help Santa on Christmas Eve. Somewhere over mid America they run into heavy fog. And problems with Rudolph.

……… on the rooftop, Rudolph looked really bad. He was sneezing like crazy and his nose light flickered with each one. Then came a giant sneeze and it was snuffed out completely!
When Santa crawled out of the chimney into the darkness and fog, his mouth dropped! Standing nearby, Ian and Elise saw Santa Claus, that jolly old elf, with a sober look on his face. The first time ever!

What happened next “will go down in history.”
